Website Policies, Terms and Conditions

These sales terms and conditions apply for all sales of goods and services from www.romeromcpaul.com to consumers. The sales terms and conditions, together with your order and order confirmation, comprise the entire agreement for the purchase.


We aim to help customers with sizing as much as it is under our possibilities, however, all sizing is your responsibility and you are always welcome to try our shoes before actually buying. Our Flagship Store is located in Calzada Del Valle #401 Local C-8 in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. México C.P. 66220.

Bespoke Slippers

We aim to deliver all bespoke slippers in 8 weeks and in most cases even less, however, as with most customized goods occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control there can be a delay. We will of course notify you if this is the case. We are unable to offer a refund on any bespoke slippers as these have been made to your specification. Sizing is your responsibility and you are always welcome to try slippers before buying at our Flagship Store in Calzada Del Valle #401 Local C-8 in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. All payments are done through PayPal. Whenever you buy from our site you agree to their terms and conditions. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and payments through user accounts. All prices are in US Dollars and credit cards will be debited in that currency. All prices do not include value added tax (16%), this amount is added upon checkout. The total cost of the purchase will be displayed before ordering and includes all costs associated with the purchase such as shipping.

Worldwide Delivery and Tracking

Your items will normally be shipped from Romero + McPaul within 2 working days. The items will be sent to you by FedEx. We are not responsible for any delays FedEx might have. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from PayPal as you have placed an order. Read this carefully and check that the order confirmation agrees with your order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact info@romeromcpaul.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. You will receive an additional e-mail from Romero + McPaul within 2 working days to confirm your purchase and provide you with sizing and shipping details.

Customs & import duties

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Romero + McPaul is not responsible for any import duties or fees charged upon arrival to any country.

Information provided by our website

We do our best to give our customers as correct information on our web site and about our products as possible. However we reserve our rights against errors which may arise and which may result in our inability to deliver in accordance with the information given at www.romeromcpaul.com, in our marketing or in any other way.
We reserve our rights to withdraw products from our web site, change the web site and its contents.

Delivery and delay

We retain the risk for the products until you have the products in your possession. If delivery of the products is delayed, you will be informed as soon as we are aware of the situation, and advised as to whether delivery can be made and when or whether the product(s) are sold out.

Inspection of the products

Once you have received the products, you should, as soon as you can, check that the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged under transportation or if the products otherwise have any defects or missing parts.

Warranty claim

If the products have defects or items are missing you may according to the circumstances require; a re-delivery, a refund or that the agreement be cancelled. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession. You may report to us defects in the products in writing. You have nevertheless two weeks claim deadline. We will confirm in writing the receipt of all claims. We will also confirm in writing the receipt of all goods returned to us.


Our guarantee in no way limits warranty claim deadlines for goods in accordance with the consumer purchasing law. The claim deadline is two weeks from the time you took possession of the goods.

Right of return

You may return any defective products you have ordered from www.romeromcpaul.com within 14 days from receipt of delivery. All goods returned for exchange must be unused with original packaging intact. Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted area. The soles of our slippers and shoes are made of high quality leather, and we cannot accept returns of products with scuffed, marked, or worn soles. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods. Romero + McPaul cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage. Please note that we do not refund the cost of return delivery. Repayment will be made within five days after Romero + McPaul receives and inspects the returned product from you.

All products purchased on SALE have no right of return.
